After18 is a charity which specialises in supporting unaccompanied asylum-seeking children and young refugees under 25 to adjust to living in the UK, consider their options and prepare for their future. Our support includes: Education through our Homework Hub and 1:1 casework to assist with school and college applications, exam entry and career planning; Wellbeing activities, including a group for young women and girls, football and art, to promote socialising, confidence-building and learning new skills; 1:1 support for individuals to ensure their basic needs are met, and that they have access to services to start planning for the future
